Deloitte Assurance Visit

A marzo 2007 le attività di Corporate Reponsibility di Vodafone Italia, Germania, Romania e Repubblica Ceca, sono state sottoposte ad un audit da parte della società di revisione Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Estratto dalla lettera di Deloitte “These LOCs were selected by us on a sample basis through analytical procedures to ensure their ability to respond to the assurance engagement’s requirements and objectives.
The objective of the LOC visit was to gain an understanding of the approach to managing CR and to test whether Group was adequately informed of local CR practices and performance.
Our work was undertaken by understanding, analysing and testing the key structures, systems, processes, procedures and controls relating to:
› Management commitment and the governance structures used for managing CR
› CR issue identification and risk management
› Stakeholder identification, engagement and responsiveness
› For a selection of CR issues – relevant policies, strategies, objectives, targets and action plans and performance.
The results of the work carried out at the LOCs and further activities undertaken at Group level will be used to provide an assurance statement to be included in the 2006-2007 Group CR Report”.

L’audit ha coinvolto 42 persone di 15 funzioni aziendali. Le raccomandazioni emerse sono state prese in considerazione per la definizione degli obiettivi pubblicati nel Bilancio di Responsabilità di Vodafone Italia.
